Ameriloan is a payday loan that scammed me out of large amounts of money. They overcharged me with interest by 300%. I just needed a small amount of money to hold me over until I got my paycheck, then ended up getting in more financial trouble. This should not happen. The purpose of these loans is to help someone get through a temporary financial difficulty...not cause a bigger one.

Also, when I applied, they obligated me to give my work phone number and must accept calls at work. I find this unfair. There are more proper ways to verify employment.

I then find out Ameriloan operated illegally. They ran their business without being licensed. I was told they did not need a license as they ran their business on an Indian reservation, but later it came out this was not the case.

I want this company shut down and I want to recover the excess money they took from me. They made my financial situation worse rather than help it.
