Ameriquest, AMC Mortgage Foreclosure Scam and Refinance Ripoff Scam Southfield Michigan

I am too frustrated and the story is too long to write.

But entered a foreberance with Amc in march 2006 and was told not to sned any money at that time. wait until I hear from them. they never called. They foreclosed and i tried to refinance three times and they ( orlans and Assoc. and/or Amc Mortgage never submitted closing fees for closing.)

They have never served me papers for foreclosure, Sheriffs sale or anything. I have only received new mortgage statment and receipt of my money that i sent them. They have evicted me without a court hearing and i have LOST EVERYTHING I OWNED WITHOUT NOTICE!

I am a "Special Education Teacher" and all my supplies were in the garage because i moved to a new school. (7 year worht of books and supplies gone) I had a realtor from their company in my home just three days before eviction because he was there to take pictures for a re-purchase as they put it!

I was away from the home. I had gutted it and remodeled and everything is gone.

I contacted Atty Rich Black in Holland mi as per this website. i will meet with him this week

I am also going to the housing coalition downtown Detroit because i had not received written notice of this.


The neighbors said the police kisked in tthe doors with guns drawn and it was a very fightful scene. i am glad i was at work.

But i am devastated! I have nothing!

The young lady Kiyah Taylor in California was very deceiving and told me that i should not have fixed up my home!


I have talked to everyone imaginable. They claim the president is Asseem Patel is the president of Amc and Ameriquest. My loan originated with Ameriquest and then went to AMC.
