ameriquest gave us a loan with an arm for two years when we went to refinance it they wouldent refinance it and when we went to other mogage companys theydid new appraisels and found out that our loan was higher than the value of our home we cant refinace anyware else so we are stuck paying whatever intrest rate they want to forse on us
they said our home was worth 115 tho and less than one year later it appraised at 70 i hope someone can help us

People that have been and may be going through what you are Help.
Those that sit back and point fingers and LOL at those taken in by Ameriquest are either paid by them or ignorant. Just my opinion.
Contact your Attorney General contact a Lawyer
contact Ameriquest and request copies of all your papers including the apprasials. Keep record of any phone calls or mail you have sent or receieved. Take down names of those you have talked to.

YOU signed a contract for an ARM. You KNEW the rate could rise and fall. What did you do with the money you got from your first refi? Didn't mind that high appraisal then, did you?!
Hoep you bought some good toys with the dough and can enjoy them for some time...
