I was suppose to get a credit card from Ameritrust and they have been taking out several hundreds of dollars from me.
In the past 2 weeks they have hit my account several times. Causing me lots of money in over draft charges on other things I paid not knowing they had RIPPED ME OFF! I have spoke with a lady named JAMIE,supposely the supervisier. For days I waited for them to call me back; finally I GOT AS HATEFUL AS I WAS MAD, SO THAT WAS PRETTY HATEFUL. SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GAL, HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PUT ME THROUGH TO JAMIE. I STILL DIDN'T GET MUCH DONE.
THE BIGGEST RIP OFF AROUND. I just want all my money back, from the over draft charges to the hundreds of dollars they ripped me off for.

The only charge that would go to Ameritrust Financial is the $200 deposit to recieve the credit card.
If there were any overdraft fees involved it would have been from the funds not being in the account at the time of the preset transaction.
In order to become a customer you have to go through a recorded verification giving all banking information to us to set up the deposit payment. There is no way we would have any of that on file. It is a willing procedure that a customer has to go through. Of course if they funds are not there at the time of the transactions then it would cause an overdraft fee. We would not want that to happen to any of are customers. That is why we let them pick the date that they can pay the deposit.
We would ask them to please call us as we need more information to look up the account and find out what happened.
Our number is 866-529-7037.
Sincerely,
Ameritrust Customer Service
