AMSOUTH Bank The Biggest Mortgage Ripoff Bank in America! AMSOUTH! Schaumburg Illinois

Suffice it to say I have done business with AmSouth Bank Mortgage Banking for 15 years and I can assure you I will never do business with any facet of this organization ever again! Just a couple of delinquent mortgage payments results in bogus property inspection fees in addition to late charge assessments and threatening phone calls from customer service agents. The answer you receive as a customer depends on who you speak to; one agent says to do one thing, another gives an entirely different response. I feel this financial institution is comprised of totally incompetent liars and my underlying mission here is to advise anyone reading this post to stear clear of AmSouth Bank and look elsewhere for your banking needs. My original loan commenced through another institution and AmSouth for a period of time was a satisfactory lender, however I now feel I am doing business with a bank from Hell! This institution maintains locations in Birmingham, AL and Schaumburg, IL. My advice again--consider taking your business elsewhere. As the situation warrants, I will update this posting.
