AMSOUTH BANK OVERDRAFT FEE RIP-OFFS Nationwide

Amsouth bank charges a $36.00 overdraft fee for a pending transaction, even if it takes days for them to pay it out of your account. They will also only credit your account for the first $100.00 of any check deposited into your account, and then a matter of a few hours later will credit you for the remainder of your deposit and in those few hours they will bounce as many items as they can at $36.00 a pop.

How did we get to a point in this country that we are letting these people rip us off like this. We need government regulations against this. I am so mad I could choke someone. They have entirely too much power and DO NOT care at all about their customers.
