Animal Emergency Center Stephanie Smith Low Quality, Poor Customer Service, High Prices, Needlessly Excessive wait time Roswell, Georgia

Bottom Line:

All they want is money. They charge excessive fees. They do not care about you or your pet. Their customer treatment is intolerable. NEVER go to Animal Emergency Center on Mansell Road in Roswell. If the vet, Stephanie Smith goes to another facility, DON'T bring your pet there.

What happened? I arrived there at 10 AM on a Sat AM. There were 2 people ahead of me.  I waited there 3 hours and finally saw the doctor Stephanie Smith who told me my dog had a back problem and she was going to give him some medication and send him home.

She said she would be back in 10 minutes.  40 minutes later she came back. She made me sign a paper that said that I would pay $200.00 for the visit and the medication. 1 + 1/2 hours later I was still waiting for the dog and the medication!

I asked for my dog nicely 3 times, but the receptionist  had lots of excuses. Meanwhile vet Stephanie Smith continued collecting the pets of all the people before me and people after me. The nasty receptionist said the doctor had to give my dog a shot and she was busy!!!!!! I finally opened the back door and started screaming and told them to JUST GIVE ME MY DOG!!!!

4 1/2 hours for a visit that could have been handled in 30 minutes! There were only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived!!!! They would not release my dog because they were too busy taking in more pets so they could make more money and not treating the pets who were already there. The doctor Stephanie Smith is unethical. The receptionist is lazy. They will take your money and provide terrible care.
