Antenna Hub American eSuperstores Corp sells defective antennas and then wants customer to pay for return shipping Internet

recently purchased a fancy type antenna for over the air TV that was to have long range capabilities..When I received the unit I assembled the unit and then went up onto the roof of the house and removed my old style long range HD antenna with the new smaller fancy antenna.  Then I hooked up all wiring and tried to operate the new antenna with no luck.  I then went back up onto the roof and took the antenna down to see what might be wrong.  At this time I noticed that the indicator light was not lit on the unit that was on the roof (antenna) but the light was on in the control box.  I then jiggled the antenna wire connection and the light came on the antenna unit.  Then tried to rotate the antenna and the control box light dimmed but the antenna motor did not move. 

I then contacted seller and they said to send unit back for a refund at my expense.  I guess that they felt no obligation to pay for return shipping since they sold a defective unit.  I was willing to purchase another unit if they would pay for the return shipping but they declined that offer.

When inspecting the unit that I now have I noticed the VERY POOR QUALITY of assembly and would not suggest that anyone buy their products.  

Also, tried to have PayPal intervene but that was also a waste of time and effort and since this experience I have cancelled my doing business with PayPal and will not purchase anything using PayPal nor anything from Antenna Hub since they do not stand behind their products .
