"This is the worst Internet experience I've ever had. they say on the website satisfaction guaranteed and hassle free returns. Not so! I returned the product over a month ago, and after numerous calls, texts and emails, I have heard nothing back from this company. Except the last text I sent to the sales mgr, and he sent a nasty text back to me and still did nothing. The website also said that they value veterans. I happen to be a disabled Veteran and I informed them of this. Didn't seem to have an impact. I finally had to call my bank, cancel my card, and reverse the charge to get my money back. Ridiculous. I would advise anyone who is considering doing business with this company to move on, save yourself the hassle. I will NEVER do business with this company again
