Will not honor return policy

I bought 2 antennas from these guys.I needed to return one so I got an RMA number just like the site says.

I sent the package back, at my expense, to the address provided with the RMA. First I was charged for "address service" then the package was refused and returned to me. So now, I'm out the price of the antenna plus $30 in UPS fees resulting from the address change and the refused delivery. I made several calls to the numer listen on their website.

They don't ever answer the phone. So, calls go unanswered, emails ignored, and messages not returned.

On top of all that, the company solicited a "5 star review" from me in return for a discount.
