I too got caught up in an "incentive reward" I was looking for a particular DVD and came across a a website called: freegiftworld.com//index.html that offered me the DVD I was looking for for free'. If I signed up with one' of their sponsors' for a free sample, of which Appera Whitening was one of. Before I realized that it was not as it had been proposed and seemed to be a scam, not only had I ended up being involuntarily singed up for a membership, I found the incentive reward' was multi level. Meaning, if I wanted the free' DVD, I had to sign up for several of their sponsors order to get the free incentive gift'.

Up-front, Appera only asked for S&H. After I had given them my Debit #, it was then I found out that I had been entered into a membership and that in 14 days I would be billed $89.97 and sent a 3 month supply of Appera. After that discovery, I attempted to contact them via their cancel subscription email link, which would send me ads, when i tried to email them my cancellation. After a little in-depth research I found a working email that can found at the following link: apperawhitening.com/contact.asp and cancelled my membership'.

I received a prompt reply email from a woman named: Sandra R. confirming my cancellation along with a confirmation #. However, the following day, my bank account was debited $87.97 by Appera. I have since filled out an unauthorized Debit activity with my bank.
I would say it's time for a good old-fashioned civil suit against Appera.
