They came in and gave a great presentation and its a great idea, however I never saw my maps being handed out in the hotel that I was supposedly advertising in.  Everytime I would call to find out why they said they were still producing the maps and were in negotiations with the Hotel.  They were months behind to deliver what was promised.   Then I recieved the proof looked great when the final print came out it looked terrible, you could not read much of my contact information.  When I complained they said that I approved the proof, which I did, I asked them to compare the two and they said it was fine in their eyes. This infuriated me after so much delay on their end.  I have tried to call and email and no one responds to why they are not being handed out in the Hotel.  So I am left with a box of maps with text no one can read from me.  They did not stand by their printing quality and product.
