i paid for twelve weeks, to have them do a loan modification for me, I was sold on the we have a great repor with your mortgage company, their will be no problem. After getting little response on my situation, i recieved very little updates: getting frustrated i contacted thr BBB after hearing from them they said they were in constant contact with me , a lie.I resolved it because they did contact me. After ther bbb report I have heard nothing from them my calls did not get returned my e mails do not get returned. I found out today No paperwork was ever submitted.When I recieved an e mail from Jess stating on Feb 9th they submitted it.My bank wants me to file a schedule e to try to get some money back. The BBB has reopened the case against them DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY
