I made a real big mistake buying some products from aquakleen I signed a contract before checking prices and this company reputation these products are; a water softener, a water treatment system and a reverse osmosis water filtering I have to pay for these products $4990.00.
This system is very expensive, and not to mention the financing the amount that you owe never goes down.. I have had my system for a little over a year and I have not even paid 1/3 of the dam cost..
aquakleen prices is enormous it is a real rip-off it is a theft this company is targeting mainly on hispanic people. Then they still want to charge you for coming out to check on your system, for the replacement filters.. I been having a hard time even buy the dam pottasium chloride pellets that the system requires. I have contacted the company and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do to help me... I personally just can not afford this system and would like some one to help me or contact me from the company..

We (Aquakleen Products, Inc.) were unable to locate a Maria R. in Berwyn, IL and our records indicate that no complaints were received from that Illinois city. With the limited information we had to work with (Maria R).
We truly stand behind our product and we would be happy to work with this customer or any customer unhappy with our product or service until they were completely satisfied.
