AQUAKLEEN PRODUCTS we purchased a system, that we keep having PROBLEMS!! they want to charge me, for the service call. i have had it with this company!!! customer service are of no help at all. were paying over @4,800 for this system, TUSTIN CALIFORNIA

We purchased this water treatment system, that was suppose to give us filtered water and be better for us, huh!! This thing has been nothing but trouble. Pipes have been bursting, it has been keaking from the timer on top, our osmosis, was never plugged in from day one, and now we are getting black little rocks and something else in our water!!
I have called to have them come and fix the problem, but according to them we would have to pay for the shipping of the parts AND for the labor!!!
We were made fun of, when we first got the system, beacuse elswhere they were aloott cheaper, we paid almost $5,000!! And now they want to charges us almost $250.00 to fix there problem ohh and also $160.00 for the filters on the osmosis!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS???
We need help in fighting these people!! Something has to be done!!
