Aquarium Creations Online Did not receive all items ordered. Company will not resolve and is difficult to work with. Fort Lauderdale Internet

I ordered the "Safe Reef Clean Package" on March 30, which includes:
- 14 Scarlet Reef Hermits
- 24 Astrea Snails
- 2 Emerald Crabs
- 3 Sea Cucumbers
- 3 Horseshoe Crabs
- 3 Colored Serpant Stars
- 6 Nassarius Snails
- 1 Coral Banded Shrimp
- 2 Queen Conch
- 1 Arrow Crab
- 1 Tiger Sand Star

With shipping this order priced out at $218.98. After waiting several days and not hearing from them I began calling to find what the status of the order was. These are time sensitive live animals. I left multiple phone messages and emails for three straight days and never heard from them. On the fourth day I placed my second call and someone actually answered. They said the order had "fell through the cracks" and they would ship it out that evening. They shipped it and I received it the next morning.

When I opened the box and sorted through the contents I found that they had not shipped me the three horseshoe crabs and had shorted me one sea cucumber. I immediately started calling and writing. The only response I received, on April 12, five days after receiving the shorted order was a credit for $7.99. If I were to buy the shorted animals outright from the same company, they would charge me $73.96, not including tax and shipping.  This is OUTRAGEOUS.

This company is dishonest through and through. You will be very lucky to accidently reach them by phone or by chance get a response fron an email. And when you finally get that response, it turns out they will cheat you.
