AscendTech Scam! Fraudulent; Deceitful; Rude, Arrogant, Hustlers Willoughby Ohio

Orderd motherboard. Arrived four weeks later. Wrong board. Sent back at my expense. Charged my credit card again saying the shipping and handling was more than the cost of board minus their 50% restock fee. 

Foolishly I ordered another mobo from them and tried to cancel the order two minutes later and could not. Card was already charged. Board arrived five weeks later, shipped second day delivery. Board defective- damaged cpu pins. Was yelled and screamed at on phone. They employ intimidation tactics and return resrictions to avoid liability for their mistakes and defective merchandise. Honest businesses cover their mistakes and shipping costs. Honest businesses do not charge extortionate return fees and force customer to pay for return shipping to ensure themselves that the customer ends up with little or no money returned.
