I purchased a motherboard for my HP Pavilion laptop for 159.99 dollars with free shipping. A few days later I received it and it is an used item. Decided to give the laptop and motherboard to the local technician store to replace and test it. The result of my local tech saying this is a faulty motherboard and recommend me for a refund. Look for another company for a better motherboard that is not a faulty. I reported it to Paypal for dispute and I returned it back with my own money pocket. They don't offer free return shipping. They decided to threat me as no longer customer and block me for a future purchase which I will never purchase anything from them. That guy name is Steve. I advise you the buyers not to buy anything from them due to many defective merchants. This company should go! Next day they will refund me a partially on my Paypal at 147.99 dollars only as a deduct from shipping fee. What the h3ll is that? They offer free shipping and now deduct a shipping fee for what they sent me a faulty motherboard. The motherboard the whole itself is cost at 159.99 dollars. Plus I paid about 10 dollars for returning a lousy faulty motherboard back to them. They don't do anything to cover my shipping charges. Whose fault is it? A faulty motherboard sent to me so they can play with customers money through shipping charge. They also have a 30 day warranty on motherboard which should be covered everything. I had it for one or two week with my tech struggling to make it work on my laptop. Avoid this company. Do not purchase from them! There are a lot of better companies over this lousy company.
