Ashley Furniture Homestore SOLD CUSTOMER USED FURNITURE AS NEW FURNITURE!!! New Braunfels, , Texas

.  My wife Lisa Garcia purchased a New Dinning Set for $1319.51,  on Dec 26.2012

22.  It was delivered the Following Day,  27th dec 2012.   It took approx 15 minutes for the install crew to set furniture up and leave.  the installation crew left very quickly!  they did not ask us nothing!  they asked us to sign the delivery slip to confirm delivery and told us if theres any problems to call the office!?  We offered them a soda and when we were pouring the sodas in a glass they were gone!   we couldn't understand but were happy we had our dinning set.  We went to New York for vacation 30 december 2012,  a few weeks after our return I (jesse Ramon.husband)  decided to clean the Dinning table and noticed a one inch crack? and upon further investigation noticed FOUR more cracks!!   Obviously this was used furniture!!!   but we decided to call Ashley furniture homestore in San Antonio IH10west,  they took four to five days to call back and after a lengthy conversation Ashley furniture Homestore told me they would not help us because we should have reported the problem no later than three days after the purchase!!!   I explained to them that the cracks were in a spot that could not be seen and if they send an Ashley furniture Rep to see the cracks in the wood,  Confirmation would show that the Dinning Table is Used!!!!    ASHLEY FURNITURE TOLD ME THAT THEY REFUSE TO SEND ANYONE TO MY HOUSE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE UNLESS WE PAID FOR THE SERVICE FEE!!  I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE IN NEW BRAUNFELS TEXAS AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP US AS WELL!!!!   I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS BUT THEY USED EVERY CROOKED SALES TACTIC TO ENCOURAGE MY WIFE TO PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THEM.   NEVER IN MY LIFE (AND IM 55YRS OLD AND A 100% DISABLED VETERAN) HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS AS A CUSTOMER!!!  I EXPLAINED THAT ALL I NEED IS FOR A STORE REP TO COME TO OUR HOUSE SO THEY CAN CONFIRM THAT THE FURNITURE WE PURCHASED IS USED AND DAMAGED!!
