Asset Recovery Associates, inc ARA1919 s highland ave set 225aLombard, il 60148 I was called and told I was having a judgment filed against me for non payment of a CC from 1st USA FROM 1996. They were giving me an opportunity to pay the bill before the judgment was filed Lombard,  Illinois

 I was contacted by a bill collector early June 2015. I was told I owed a past debt and they have been sending me notices to 341 hale Rd W. I haven't lived there since 1987. I was told my total bill is$4,782. If I did not take care of this with payments or payoff the debt a judgement was going to be filled. I was also told that they wanted to offer to clear this side they could see on my credit report I was working hard to make better credit  They scared me. They lied and I was freaking out. I did have some debt a long time ago but I dont remember to who. They said they would charge my CC. I told them I wanted to speak to my attorney and they said they wanted me to! The proceeded to keep me on the phone and scare me more. I paid with my CC. They also mentioned they were from Lewis County, WA court house. I don't know if this is a frauds but with the hurt, taking a CC,   I agreed to pay $2,580 which was processed very fast. I am sick with this whole thing. I felt I had to do this to stop them from bugging me.
