Atlantic Oceans Inc Scam, No call, No Show, Charges for uncompleted service, Will deny all responsibility! Rock Hill South Carolina

Bought a groupon for this service.  Why groupon still does contracts with them after the years of several bad reports is beyond me.  They cashed in my voucher, and never completed the service.  Told me I had an appointment in 10 days and then no showed.  They did not even call or answer my calls.  I spent the time off work, moved all my furniture, and vacuumed entire house throughly to prepare the carpets for cleaning.  I wanted my house nice for the Holidays.  This company not only took my money before the holidays they never did the service.  They have the audacity to reply in a BBB complaint I made against them that they did return my call, and I supposidly cursed out the receptionist.  They made this claim on Dec 7th to BBB.  Then the company called my phone before 8 am today (Dec 9th) trying to pretend they were a good business making call backs to customers.  I have screen shots of all my call logs.  I have never seen a business so decitful, disrepectful, and practice this way.  Who no shows for appointments, never calls back, and takes zero responsibity and then LIES out right about the consumer?  Merry Christmas huh?  I am a veteran, a former law enforcement officer, and now a History teacher and then want to make claims that I am the one at fault for cursing someone out on the phone, when I never spoke to anyone until today and in 18 seconds simply said, Groupon has refunded me, goodbye! I have letters in with Groupon about their choice to have contracts with companies like this.  I certainly hope they have learned their lesson, as I have read DOZENS of bad reports on yelp, BBB, rip off reports and MORE about this disgracful company!  I have no doubt that this classless owner will negate all responsibility like he is famous for.  Truly sad.
