Atlantic Oceans, Inc Klean Home Jim Kucenski, President Carpet cleaners Groupon was not a good value. Scheduled service but they didn't show. When I contacted them on Monday they were rude and offered a Groupon refund. Groupon will not refund after 3 days. Virginia Beach VA, Virginia

I purchased a Groupon for 4 rooms of carpet cleaned for $45.  I found out the regularly offer 5 rooms of carpet cleaning for $50 so the Groupon savings claim is completely false.

I scheduled service for a Saturday between 9-11 AM.  The service person did not show up or even call.  I tried to call the office to inquired but found they do not man the office on the weekends even though the office service on the weekends.  I left a message to inform them the service person did not show up or call.

I called the office Monday morning and the man insisted aggressively that the scheduling error was mine and that the service appointment for for the following Saturday. I informed him it was not and that they failed to show for the appointment scheduled.  The man became seriously rude with me over the phone and said he did not like my attitude.  !  He then said he would have Groupon refund me.

I contacted Groupon and they informed me that no refunds are made after the purchase has been made past 3 days.

I called Atlantic Oceans back and he informed me they would contact Groupon to issue a refund.  This is not going to happen and Groupon does have it in writing on their website their policies on refunds. 

I not only was stood up by this company after I moved furniture and everything else to accommodate them but now I am also being ripped off for the $45.

Oh I iwll not be buying anymore Groupons either if they can't screen their merchants better.
