To all military people,this is not the company you want to do business with. I'm a wounded warrior stationed in Walter Reed Army Medical Center in DC.
I had received orders to go to Ft.Bliss,Texas back in January .01,2009. I needed to transport my vehicles to Ft.Bliss because my orders did'nt allow for my vehicles to be transported so I decided to go with this company to transport them.
I had three vehicles to transport, which where a Ford Bronco, a Chevy Camaro and a Lincoln LS. They charged me half up front which was $750.00. on the 5th of January and the other half would be due on the 25th of January which was the pickup date for the vehicles.
A week later my orders had changed for a new duty station and so I did'nt need there services anymore due to the fact that my new duty station was only a hour and a half away from the one I was already at which was Ft. Lee,Virginia.
I had called them and asked them to cancel my order and that I would'nt be needing there services anymore due to a change in my orders. The lady that I talked to her name was Jennifer, she had told me that my deposit was non refundable.
I asked her when was this disscussed with me? She replied back that it was in my contract. I asked her in what contract? She said that I will fax the contract to you. Now first of all I did'nt sign any contract nor did I hear anything about my deposit being non refundable
When I received the fax it was a document with my name and address with my vehicles and vehicles vin numbers and the location where it was being transported to.
In small print on the bottom of the contract had that your down deposit is non refundable. I took it to JAG and they looked over the documentation and found out the contract was void and that they owed me all my money back.
My lawyer from JAG had got in contact of Mr.Erbstoesser of Atlas and he had told my lawyer that they would refund me back my money and that the only thing they needed was my account information so they could credit it back to my account.
Well the information was exchanged and there was no deposit of anything back in my account. I haven't given up on getting my money back but this does'nt make any sense how companies can get away with doing people like this.

THIS IS A DISGRULTED BORED EMPLOYEE WHO I FIRED AS WLL AS HIS 19 YEAR DAUGHTER WHO HE MADE STOLED CHECKS OUT OF OF MY ACCOUNT.THEY ARE UPSET BECAUSE THEY LOST THE JOB AND CANT COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT.THEY CANT FIND ANYELSE POSTIVE BUT TOO WRITE THIS REPORT. THIS REPORT WAS FILED ON MARCH 2009 BY SOMEONE ESLE THAT WORK FOR ME THAT FIGURED SINCE I WAS DOING SO GOOD HE THOUGHT HE COULD DO THE SAME WHICH HE FOUIND OUT LATER THAT MONTH ITS HARDER THAN HE THOUGHT IT WAS NOW HES SACKING GROCERIES NICE!! THESE PEOPLE THAT RESPOND TOO THIS WHERE NOT EVEN AROUND TOO HEAR THIS FRAYDEANT COMPLIANT THEY ARE WAY TOO BORED THAT WAY THEY ARE DOING THIS PEOPLE PLEASE GET A LIFE AND BE TRUTHFUL TOO YOURSELF AND MAYBE YOULL BE HAPPY! i used to work for the company and know of this situation. i have seen all documents on this client. everything that he has stated is true. it was not a former employee posting this b/c they were disgruntled. everything is true and is still happening to other clients as well in different situations.
if you can avoid doing business with this company i would suggest u do so. there are so many other carriers out there that are more reputable then this one.

THIS IS A FOLLOW EX EMPLOYEE THAT WAS STEALING MONEY OUT OF THE ACCOUNT AND DECIDE ONE DAY TOO FIND THIS SITE AND PUT THESES FAKE REMARKS. HES TOO LONELY AND HAS TOO MUCH TIME TOO DO ANYTHING ESLE BUT TOO MAKE A GOOD COMPANY THAT SHIPS A 1K A CAR A MONTH WITH A RATED ON THE BBB.IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT ABOUTH THE TRUTH LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM THE TRANSPORT COMPAINES AND A RELIABLE SOURCE ON US.

Yesterday I posted this article about Atlas Car Transportation LLC and yesterday I got a response back from the company. Here's what there response was:
Dear Mr.____________________
We understand that the cancellation of your order was not your fault so therefore we adjusted the non refundable deposit amount from $250.00 to $175.00 per unit in order to get you as much return as possible. Your credit card has been refunded in the amount of $225.00 dollars.
If you should have any questions you can reach me at 832-439-6563.
Thank you again for your business, and we hope to work with you again.

They are full of it! This bologna was not in the contract nor discussed with me nor my JAG officer. I was promised all my money back. I guess they think that giving me a percentage of it back is ok. Wrong!
