Atlas Car Transport Did not follow through with time line or return phone calls Bellaire, Texas

It was like pulling teeth to get any information.  They only called me back once after my 6 calls.  Got a different story each time i called.  Was told it would be 1-5 days for a truck to get to me.  On the 8th day i called and asked where my truck was.  I was told i was crazy for thinking the truck could get to where i was in 5 days.  He told me i was in the middle of nowhere.  I-80 runs right through my town and i am 2 hours away from a major Colorado city.  Then i called on Friday, the 9th day and was told that the truck had broke down in Arizona and would be fixed and to me the following Monday.  Day #12  Monday came and went and no truck or phone call.  Called Tuesday morning, the 13th day and was told the truck was on its way and they would call the driver and find out exactly where he was and call me right back.  No call back.  I called later Tuesday afternoon and was told the truck was still broke down in Arizona and hadn't left and he didn't know when it would be fixed.  I understand break downs but you don't have another truck?  This whole transaction should have been done in the time frame it took me to find out the truck wasn't coming.  Each time i called i was treated as if i were stupid and they were the professionals.  They didn't know where their drivers were, couldn't get a hold of them, didn't know what was going on with the trucks, couldn't give me an accurate time frame, rude, no return calls.  I should just trust them.  I wouldn't trust them to move by litter box across the house.
