Attorney Roy Wilson Shawn Bond This crook sent out a letter claiming that he's filing a lawsuit against me for taking out a $300 dollar loan back in 2012, that I hadnt paid the bill, and that its now due $800 New York Internet

 I received an email from Shawn Bond, aka Attorney Roy Wilson, Stating that I took out a $300 loan back in 2012, which, according to 'Roy', I did not pay, so now after accumulated interest, the outsanding balance is $800 and he has filed a lawsuit. He claims that the company that he represents, American Payday loan. Well, this person must think im an idiot, because I passed this information on to the FBI and had a nice chat with an agent, I also passed the lawsuit case number on to my attorney which checked with the court, the whole thing is Bogus. If this guy turns out to be a real attorney that actually lives in the US, My attorney is going to Sue for damages and the FBI is going to arrest him for fraud, attempting to illegally obtain personal information. I hope they get him, or the little mafia ring somewhere in the world that this scam is being run from. BEWARE...Contact the FBI if you get one of these.
