I became a Member of Austin Davis Mastermine Group administered through the  CRE Program (Commercial Real Estate) for which I was billed $100/month.  In order to be considered by them to be involved in a collaboration for purchase of Commercial Real Estate (Apartment Buildings) I was told to go to their Consultant, ZippyResults.com  to get "pre-funding" if I didn't have a lot of money to put down.  Everyone who was in the program was told to get their funding through ZippyResults.com.   I waited months for them to "help" me.  "Kyle" (if that is indeed his name) at ZippyResults.com  told me the way to get my funding was to purchase a Shelf Corp. through their associate, Penny Consulting.

I had waited so long, spending $100/month with Austin Davis' Group, and wanted to get into a deal so that I could have some cash flow from the Apartment Bulding.  "Kyle" at ZippyResults I'm sure was in cahoots with Penny Consulting, because they said I could get a "good deal" because we had an ongoing business relationship. I paid $2,300 in April/2011 for the Shelf Corp.  The Corp. proved to be useless for obtaining business credit because Terry Penny sold me a DISSOLVED Corp.

It is now Januay 2012 and I have no Funding, No Business Credit, and paid a lot of money to buy the shelf corp and to get credit developed.  I asked Austin Davis/CREProgram for help and for a refund of their fees, and have been completely ignored.  ZippyResults has gone out but I found after research theat they converted to Midwest Group LLC in Kansas. Looks like they're selling insurance and the like.  Don't do business with these folks.

Corinna Evrard's "completed ignored" statement is not factual

AUTHOR: Tara - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 27, 2012

Dear Corinna Evrard

I am sorry to hear of your frustration with your investing experience as a former member of Austin's program. You requested assistance multiple times (over 100) on multiple deals, issues and questions on deals with your membership, and each time your requests were always responded to.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the help provided, but your statement that you have been "completed ignored" is not a factual statement. Every request for help you made was  responded to.

All billing is done through Click Bank, of which is a independent third party, that administers all billing. We have no way to bill you other than what you agree to as per the terms and conditions on their website when you apply for membership. They store your credit card and billing information and we are never given access to it.

As per the terms and conditions of your membership that you agreed to when joining, you were given a full 60 days to for any reason request a refund of your membership fee. If you were not satisfied 100% as per the 100% satisfaction guarantee you were welcome to request to cancel and request a refund as per the 60 day money back guarantee at any time. A refund could be requested at any time during your 60 days as per the terms and conditions of your membership by contacting our support staff to help you or by calling the 24 hour call center with Click Bank that provides support.

You canceled on 9/7/11. Then on 12/28/11 you recontacted our office demanding a refund, but were past the 60 days as was explained. We do our best to help every member reach their goals, but it appears you have now decided to take to the Internet to attack Austin and his program. I am sorry that we were not able to satisfy your concerns to your satisfaction.

Your request for suggested vendors/brokers/investors for help in obtaining funding as you requested were provided. You are needing help from Zippy Results and need to contact for help with your request, but it appears that have already done that as you were directed to do for help. I will send them another request to help you with your funding needs as a courtesy as a former member.

I wish you the best in your investing ventures in real estate. Again, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with Austin's program and membership and the extensive support and help you were provided on over 100 occasions from your emails requesting help.

Tara
