Austin Davis CREprogram Creprogram stole money from clients, scam, Internet

Austin Davis' Commercial Real Estate Program is a program that claims to be able to help students enter into commercial real estate. Upon first purchasing the course for $199, you are told that $30,000 of prefunding will be needed to get a deal to the closing table. In order to get this prefunding, they outsource you to a company called Zippy Results who claim that after wiring them $2500, they will get funding for you withiun 60 - 90 days.

If they are unable to get funding for you, they claim that they will refund your money. I wired them the $2500 and waited a lot longer than the 60-90 days as I got promise after promise from Kyle at Zippy results that funding would eventually come. Upon asking for my money back, I was told by Zippy that they were unable to get intouch with the vendor that they had outsourced to who was Karli Hawthorne at Hawthorne Consulting at 701 5th Ave Ste #4273 Seattle WA. 

All calls to them have been unreturned. Austin Davis had claimed that if we were unable to get refunds from his vendors to just contact his team but so far all his team have said is that they have placed a request with the vendor. This appears to be a scam as i know that other people have also had their money stolen by these companies. Beware of Austin Davis, Zippy Results, and Karli hawthorne and Hawthorne Consulting.
