Authority ID This company deducted 19.95 from my bank account without my authorization Internet

I applied for a loan with a payday loan company. I checked the check box for 'agreeing to the terms and condition. It included a statement, that by checking the checkbox, not only do I agree to terms and conditions, but also to be charged $19.95 by Authority ID for their identity protection program. Well, I didn't check the check box, just clicked continue. And once i had a chance to look at their fees which were outrageous, i simply closed the application.

Weeks later , I check my bank account and i have all of the $19.95 charges from a Authority ID. Thanks to ri-off report I found that they had done this to other people as well so I was able to get a number to call Auhtority ID. I called them and cancelled. If i had not they were going to keep trying to debit the money through my bank account. They caused my account to be overdrawn nearly $125. They said they were some type of protection plan and that by applying for a payday loan I was automatically enrolled in their plan. I emphasized that I had not authorized the charges to my account and that if they didn't refund the money to my bank that I woulf pursue whatever means I needed to get it done.

The man placed me on hold and came back to say they would refund the $19.95 and gave me a confirmetion number for that. Thay, however would not pay for the NSF fees. Be careful of getting a payday loan online because you will fall into the same bucket. I did not get a loan either so I was really out monies because of this company..
