Authority ID refused to refund my money. didnt have a supervisor to talk to. Internet

I was looking into getting a payday loan, and all terms and conditions try to sign you up for something. I avoid signing up for anything. Well apparently when I was getting information on how much of a loan I could get, a box for authority id must have been checked. I normally read through the paperwork that I submitt to anyone, online or otherwise carefully, unchecking boxes along the way for anything I dont want to sign up for. Well one of my boxes somehow checked itself. I had never heard of this company before they charged me $19.95. I have never used their service and I do not want their service. So I call them to request a refund. I spoke with two employees and both of them told me, no refunds and these two employees refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I asked about 20 times to each employee to let me speak to a supervisor and neither would let me talk to someone in the company who could give me a reasonable explanation for why I couldn't get a refund, considering I havent accessed their service, never got the loan I was looking into. This is a scam business. Please, Please someone contact me about pursuing retribution from this company.
