Avila Ageless Serum I "rushed my free sample" for $5.95. Then, they charged me $97.41 and $98.41 for both products (never shipped actual products; only samples). Same thing happened again this month (no actual products; just charges from my checking account)

I heard about the Avila products online.

I went to their site and purchased "samples" for $5.95 (approximately).  

They shipped me the Avila Ageless Serum and Avila Moisturizer samples.

Shortly thereafter there were two drafts from my checking account, one in the amount of $98.41 and one in the amount of $97.41.  However, no actual "full size" products were ever shipped to me.  I continued to wait for the products.

Today, I noticed an additional $97.41 and $98.41 were once again drafted from my checking account.  I still have not received any actual "full size products.

In effect, I have been charged nearly $400.00 and have no products.

I called the two numbers shown on my checking account where the drafts came from (866-639-2332 and 888-518-8602) and got no help.

The representatives were very rude.  I finally had to tell one of them that "I was not an idiot."

So, I am out $400.00 and have no products.

I DO NOT WANT ANY PRODUCTS.  I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.  I WANT IT TO BE KNOWN THAT THIS IS A SCAM!
