I ordered a "Free" Trial Offer for Avila Collagen Serum. I did see 2 weeks mentioned, but assumed in 2 weeks I would receive a regular shipment of the product. I ordered the product September 29th, 2017; got billed on my credit card for 2 transactions $2.95 and $4.95 on October 3, 2017. I did not make a note of when I received the product, but I can only assume the product arrived after I was billed. I was astonished to see another transaction on October 14, 2017 for $98.41 and I assumed it was for the regular shipment of the product, which did not arrive. I sent 2 e-mails requesting my account be cancelled, one on October 14, and the other on October 16 when I saw an e-mail from the company thanking me for my order. I called the Customer Service phone number & was told the serum I had received was not a "free" trial, it was a 2-week trial & then I had to pay for the product. I told them I did not want the product & was told I could not return the product because it had been opened & they could not take opened products. I then realized I had been scammed. I called my credit card company & was told they knew about this company & I had been bamboozled & they would not initiate a dispute on my behalf. They pretty much told me to be wary in the future. Shame on the company for misleading people to buy your product, which I just looked at the website & see no mention of a price that will be billed to a credit card or other payment device. They do not take PayPal or another major charge card, which I usually use for online purchases because this company has the best customer service. Shame on the credit card companies for allowing this to happen to unsuspecting customers.
