Avila Skin Website offered an introductory price of $11.90 with MISLEADING conditions of sale! Internet

The Avila Skin website offered an introductory price of $11.90. It was NOT APPARENT from the website that you had to cancel the order within 14 days from the date you placed the order or they would bill you an additional $195.82.  Eight hours after the 14-day deadline my credit card was charged $195.82.  I immediately received an alert from my credit card company and called Avila.  They REFUSED to give me a refund even though the conditions of the sale WERE NOT MADE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE!  When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, the customer service representative disconnected the call!  I called back and the same thing happened.  This is nothing but a misleading scam!
