Bally's Total Fitness ripoff, scam, fraud, liars Willow Grove Pennsylvania

I walked into ballys asking for a month to month deal. The employee "Lennette Smith" told me that i could do that at a special at the price of $19.99 a month. She told me to sign a contract and i did trusting a famous name like Ballys without reading it. I found out in about 2 months that i had been under a 3 year contract with the total of $684. I called Ballys and complained and the employees all told me the same thing. That i should have read the contract before signing and that I have no proof of the employee lying to me. It seems like everyone from top to bottom in this management are told to say certain things when certain questions are asked.

I told the person on the phone that I would get proof by telling a friend to go into the club to sign up while having a hidden camera on. She then responded, "Without the persons consent, thats against the law". It seems like she knows whos wrong here and knows how Ballys employees run things. I want to sue the company. Does anyone know how i can pursue this and be successful?
