Bankcard Empire contacted me on the basis of a home based business site I fill out on the internet an then followed up with a phone call proceeding to inform me of the details of their business and how I would benefit an make all sorts of money with them. I requested how much of an investment would be required. Did not recieved a straight answer until much later in the call. Investment of 499.00 and then I Informed them absolutely not affordable to me an then they reduced it to 150.00 with the balance due upon my making the first 6,000 I made with them. I ask them if they had been involved with the Better Business Bureau an was told only by people that had bought into the same thing they were trying to get me to do but had done nothing with it after they recieved it so there fore it was their own fault they did not make any money at it. I then asked if they were registered with the Chamber of Commerce an they said yes. I also asked what other locations they had. They said Tempe, AZ Phoenix, AZ Chicago, IL an Fresno, CA Not a single one had them registered by type of business name address or phone number. I also checked them out to see if they had a mutual fund of were on NYSE or any other stock, Nothing! Also they said they had been business for 12 years and serviced millions of clients. People if you cannot check out a business an verify their validity in some way do not give them your hard earned money an please do not fall for time is of the essence line.
