Buyers Beware!
This is a fraudulent scheme that has stolen thousands of dollars from hundreds of victims. The name of the company changes every time investigators gets close to them Franklin Financial Solutions (FFS) out of Jackson, WY. is just the latest name being used to continue criminal activities. I have been bitten twice by the scheme - first by a company called BankCard Empire which has been closed down by the Federal Government. The second scheme was performed by a company called Economic Freedom. Thousands of dollars have been stolen from me alone. A group of victims have banded together to bring these scoundrels to justice.
Expect nothing but headaches and financial doom from this company.
I received a call today from John Grober (307-298-0247) a National Recruiter promoting the products of Franklin Financial Solutions (FFS). I was told that FFS is a 40 year old company. They recently merged with CalChoice - the largest advertising company in the US. Cal Choice has a billion
dollar customer base. The rest is the "story" is the same as with the other companies - Economic Freedom and BankCard Empire. Reference past rip off reports to see the history of these companies.
The pitch: Lifetime coach assignment. Required web site for $24.00 / mo.
Cost of entry: $295 - $495 based on commission level. This of course
will be re-couped with the first commission check.
I ended the call by saying that I would do my "due diligence" and review the corporations discussed. Here are the results: CalChoice is a health care company based out of CA. I could not find a website for Cal Choice Advertising. The State of WY nor BBB of WY have any record of a
company called Franklin Financial Solutions. Isn't that "ironic" for a 40 year old company!
Don't be a victim!

Section 303 of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ("FDCA"), 21
U.S.C. 333(a)(2), imposes felony liability for misbranding "with the
intent to defraud or mislead." The question presented is whether this
provision requires proof of materiality. We hold that materiality must be
proven as an element of the offense under either a theory of intent to defraud
or a theory of intent to mislead.
