   I received a phone call from Alan Sanders of franklin financial solutions with an opportunity to make a good income by becoming a credit card processing agent.The only cost was a $495 start up cost to create a web site.The $495 would be refunded once I received my agent number,probably 2-3 days.I received my agent number but no refund.I was also told there would be a $24.99 monthly fee for maintaining my web site.

     Next I received a phone call from Daniel Kennedy jr.to explain the program.He explained most merchants pay 4-5% processing fees for using the card services.They could do it for 2%.All I had to do was purchase leads which their telemarketing dept. would call.For each customer who signed up,I would receive $500 if they leased a terminal or 2% set up fee and a $5 per month commission if they owned their terminal.I would also receive 1/2 of monthly fees they paid once they were using my services.

    Next came the big one.I could purchase 20,000 leads for $20,000.Those 20,000 leads would generate $8000 per month if only 1% of the leads proved to be fruitful.The average was 4-7% so I should make a lot more than the $8000 per month he quoted me.At that point I refused the offer.Then came the next offert,the GUARANTEE.I was told that if I was not satisfied over the next 30-120 days,I could opt-out of the program and receive a full refund.I bought in,HOOK,LINE & SINKER.

      The $20,000 was paid that night on two different credit cards.Next,I received a welcome letter from franklin describing the program I would receive.Totally different from what I had been told.I contacted franklin about getting out of the program.I was told I could not.I told the customer rep I had the opt-out provision.He said that did not exist.

       I immediately started the dispute process with my credit card companies.One of the credit card companies immediately removed the charges and cancelled the card to prevent any additional charges from being charged to that card.The other I am currently in the process of disputing the charges claiming the services were mis-represented.That process is still going on.

       I have received numerous calls from franklin affiliates wanting $1500 to set up an LLC for tax purposes.Another (Chris Walker @ 1-866-706-4763) wanting $5000 to be my personal coach.The bombardment never stops

       I finally went online and found the ripoffreport.com web site and was shocked at the number of negative reports involving franklin financial solutions,all within the last couple of months.
