I was contacted by Cherre Adams, who represented Bankcard Empire. Her sale's pitch sounded valid, invest in a business as an agent selling the machines that the merchant's use to process credit/debit cards in any business or gas pump.
Since Bankcard Empire is on google as the number #1 merchant bankcard Co., I thought I was making a sound investment. I did not hear from Cherre Adams, my coach, my mentor, etc. after they received my money on 10/23/2007
I tried to contact my coach after I did not hear from her for a month. I have called her over 60 times since October 2007 and now, April 2008-I called her cell and left voice mails, her office number, and customer service.
Customer service called me and gave me an agent number and how to access my web site to check on my referrals. I paid for a telephone sales blitz and never heard from it. Customer service told me that it would take until summer to see if I got any business from the calls. Huh!?
I asked if I was ever going to get a sales kit and information about how to make a sale. The customer service Rep. said that she was going to email me the 20 page sales information, 3/7/2008. I never received it. I then asked if MS. Adams was still with the company and she said that she was going to have her call me-no call as of 4/5/2008.
I called 3/26/2008 with the same request and I was promised an emailed sales kit-no email. I called this week 4/3/2008 and spoke with Christian and I told her about my ordeal and I expressed my dislike for their services. She said,"well, don't blame me", and she told me my agent number was not in the computer then she slammed the phone down so hard we got disconnected. She called back and told me that she was emailing me the training kit-I have not received a email with the kit. I left an email and voice mails asking for help. I cannot get a rep when I call now, I only get Christain's ext.502 and a voice mail asking me to leave a message and they would call me back-no reponse as of 4/5/2008.
I would not sale their product to any merchant. I believe their business is a high tech version of the scams about work from home.
1-Are they really the number one merchant bankcard machine company? Who said so-them? I think the google information is a scam.
2-What merchants use them;need names.
3-I want my money bank!
4-They need to be investigated.
5-If they are a legit company, they need to bring in a good consulting company to train and overhaul their customer service skills.

Bankcard Empire investment to be an agent is a scam!
AUTHOR: Sheila - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, April 06, 2008
I invested over $500 with Bankcard Empire to be an agent. After I made the investment ON 10/23/2007, I never heard from my training coach again,MS. Adams. I called her over 25 times on her cell, office line and did not receive a reply.
I received information via phone about my agent number and how to login to my website to keep up with my referrals. I paid for the company to call leads for me. They call new businesses in your area to sale the equipment needed for that business to accept bankcards for purchases and on gas pumps. I have no referrals, and I was told I will have to wait until summer to know if I have any.
MS. Adams told me that she was going to lend me $350.00 on the calls to have a $750 campaign. She said that I would on get a check for $300.00 the first month but after that the sales would pick up and then I could repay her. She always give because she is a I never received a training kit I requested one on 4 occasions and Customer services promised to email one to me. I need media about sales to be an agent.
I was lied to about the entire operation and the role that I would do as an agent to make money. She told me that I could make a good income without contacting the customers myself;I could use lead callers.
Bankcard Empire cannot show me proof that any calls were made.
