Bar Careers, ripoff Santa Barbara California

I am not going to go into detail, as you may see from all of the other complaints for this ridiculous scam. Bar Career is not only a scam, but they are unprofessional and not willing to help. I signed up to get a packet in the mail, they said 7 - 10 business days, well it's been almost a month and I have NOT received it. They charged my credit card over 90 some dollars and told me that they can NOT refund the money until they get the package back. I NEVER received it, they told me when I signed up that it's money back guarantee, well, if I never received the kit, why can't they refund my money. When I call, no one knows the supervisors name and no one can help me. How can I get a refund and put these CROOKS out of business?
