We ordered basketball equipment from Barbarian Basketball Systems. Upon receipt of these products, we immediately wanted to send them back. The coaches re3fused to have these installed due to poor quality.
We contacted Brian Kilpatrick, who we discovered is the only person that works there, and asked for a full refund. Kilpatrick said he couldn't refund the money because of the freight costs involved. We thought that was a very poor excuse. Our district decided we would pay for the return freight costs and eat the money for that.
When we were ready to ship these back, Kilpatrick said he would refuse the basketball goals when they arrived and he would not refund the money no matter what.
The District has since purchased replacements that were much higher quality.
Brian Kilpatrick works from his house and has several web sites hawking his inferior products. He sells stuff under the name www.basketballgoals.com, argententerprisesinc.com, www.barbarianbasketballsystems.com, and even some for ping pong tables.
