Bay View Grand ponzi scheme , Purchased a condo in Puerto Vallarta in 2007 for $245,000.00.
Paid One third down ( $73,000.00 DLS. ) Remaining balance to be paid in full at turn key ready exchange
In september of 2008.
Apparently the construction fell behind due to some type of encrochement on the property , I asked for my money
to be refunded to me both in e-mail and in person on more than six or seven occations due to my health disability
and was told that they would channel my requet to the correct person , Well it seem that in BAY VIEW GRAND there
are no correct personnel because as of today 08/12/2013 I have not received a penny of my down payment much
less a penny from the interest my money is supposed to be making due to each day that the developer is late in
finishing my condo.
So as of 12:20 p.m. P.T. today Agaust 12, 2013 I have yet to receive any good news from BVG , I have been suffering
from severe cervical pain and to deal with these lyers and ponzzi schemers at Bay View Grand's I have fallen into a
sever depression on top of my already ilness. I'm asking for help in the most desperate way . Please stop BVG,
and their founder Mr. Elias Sacal Cabable , from stealing any more innocent peoples money , dreams and sanity.
