Frank Mata Essentiality Rentals Online Apartment Rental Scam!!! Peninsula, Bay View Grand, Grand Venetian, Elia Sacal Puerto Vallarta Nationwide

Mr. Frank Mata, representing Essentiality Rentals, recieved a deposit for $3000 USD for 2 weeks in a penthouse in the Grand Venetian, Puerto Vallarta. We recieved a call from Frank after the deposit and he verbally gave us the confirmation codes. Upon showing up at the resort, we were told by the front desk that there was no reservation under my last name and that the confirmation code was invalid. We immidiately called Mr. Mata and as you can imagine he did not pick up. After putting my family in a different room I went down to his office at plaza peninsula to confront him. As soon as I showed up and started telling him what happened he claimed to know nothing about me and he called security to escort me out. The very next day I made it my mission to get my money back from this rat and I started repeatedly calling him until he finally picked up, he told me that if I ever called again he would send somebody to my resort and hurt my family and myself. He also said he was friends with the owner of the resort I was staying at, who is called Elias Sacal who has links with organized crime, and said that if they wanted to get me, they could. I immidiately made my family pack up and I took them to Orlando. I will never be back to Puerto Vallarta again, as this experience has completely changed my views of the general Mexican people. I really love Mexico and it is very unfortunate that these kind of people are hurting themselves and the honorability of all Mexican people. 

Im sure there are a lot of honest rental companies that can get you what you want to find. Always make sure you double check everyones background.
