I ordered a movie on 2/6/2011 and paid with my credit card
online. The total price was 3.99 cents. My debit card was charged on
2/8/2077. On 2/13/2011 my credit card was charged 9.95 cents for another
purchase to the same company. On 3/13/2011 my credit card was charged 9.95 cents for another
purchase to the same company. I made no other purchase.
I had called to cancel on 2/15 after I rememebred that I needed to cancel after the free 7 day trial-very small print. But, it had already posted. On 3/17 I saw a post for more, and called. They said they will credit my card for both of the $9.95 entries for a total of $19.90.
CALL THEM AND THEY WILL FIX IT!!
Faster than dealing with the credit card company.
