In September of 2010 we attended caving movie at Yellowstone max and ordered two movies about caving from hotmoviesales. We travel a lot and just now March 16, 2011 caught on to the fact that they have been charging $19.95 a month membershio fee for five months. I called my credit card company they got me in touch with hotmoviesales and they agreed to cancel my membership and refund this month fee. I called today march 17, 2011 and talked with a Supervisor which took a lot of haggling and he agreed to only refund a toatal of three months. after I told him that I was going to put hotmoviesale on the Rip Off Reort. My credit card company said that they could do nothing else. I only got the two movies and never got anything for the five months they charged  me
