beachwood hair clinic SCAM COMPANY beachwood, Ohio

This company has messed up my credit and I never even went to an appointment!
I went to the free consultation and I was on the fence about receiving treatments. I told Tiffany I had to go home to talk to my fiance and I would call back. She was very persistant and followed me into the hallway to ask me to sign the papers. I signed them to get her off my back (silly me). I thought that if I didn't show up then nothing could be done. Was I wrong! I received a bill the next two weeks so I called them to cancel. They told me they had nothing to do with it to call the finace company, I called them and they said they already paid Beachwood Clinic and I had to get the money back from them ( How do you do that?) I have document of cancelling that I faxed in, I even have a letter from their lawyer,Orville E. Stifel, II stating that they do not have a record of me but yet I still have this on my credit report which was PERFECT and not A MESS for a service I never recieved. The procedure was suppose to be for a year I have documents of cancelling weeks later so how am I responsible for a years worth of service when I cancelled 2 weeks later????

This company should be closed down!!!
