After seeing an ad in the Plain Dealer, I made an appointment for a free consultation regarding PRP therapy.  I did not know, but the person evaluating me was a friend of the owner, Tiffany Masiello-Holt, who had been hired with minimal training.  She told me I was a good candidate and I watched a video. I had the Plasma Replacement Procedure done and within 24 hours suffered swelling around my face, almost closing my eyes.  I called BHC and spoke to the contact, Kelly, who had me take pictures with my phone and text to her to send to the doctor (who resides in Toledo.)  They never called back and the swelling went down.

I went in for the weekly hair appointments for a six month period and nothing ever happened. 

I set up an appointment to meet with Tiffany Masiello-Holt and she never showed.

I set up a second appointment and she reviewed my status and said I should continue the weekly treatments.  I mentioned the initial swelling and she claimed no one ever said anything to her and that her friend Kelly had been let go.

She had me email the pictures to her to show the doctor, which I did, but I never heard back.

I asked if there was any kind of refund, but she said no.

I plan on pursuing legal action and I hope the person who filed the report of Aug. 17, will contact me.
