Beau Derma offers a free trial of its anti-aging product and on the web site clearly states - NO COMMITMENT. When you sign up and pay the postage only the product arrives.

14 days or less later your credit card is billed for the full value of the product. When you ask why you are told that you agreed to the conditions on the web site that after 14 days if you dont cancel you will be billed and a monthly subscription started ad infinitum.

CANCEL WHAT? There is nothing to say that you are signing up for a subscription. Beau Derma say the conditions are on the web page.

When you look REALLLY hard you can see(in very small and light print) that they are hidden on the web page under a series of graphical links. Thats not a page glitch - thats deliberate. You still cant read them until you print the web page and magically they appear.

I have requested by email that they refund my money and I will send the product back unopened. Its been 2 days without a reply so lets see if they are an honest company or not.
