Beckens Moving is a scam. They use a bait and switch scheme by giving you a bid for moving services and then the company comes to your house and loads the furniture. Then they hold your property for ransom and refuse to deliver it unless you pay a higher price.

A written contract means nothing to these people. Do not do business with them. Call the Consumer Fraud contact at your local prosecutor's office, state attorney general's office and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on this company. Their MC # is 663268. Call the FMCSA at (202) 366-4000 and report these crooks.

If you use them you will likely have to pay extra to get your property delivered and it will undoubtedly have damage which they will refuse to pay for. This is a company you want to stay away from at all costs.
