Pickup and Delivery

         Picked up on March 31^st. Scheduled to pick up on March 30.

         No phone call, no email.

         I waited at storage all day for someone to show up or call

         March 31^st they call and want to pick up my items from storage I change my flight and get a hotel to stay one extra day. Pay for an extra day of storage.

         Arrive in Dallas on April 1^st. I was told movers would deliver furniture in 5-10 days. No calls. No contact with anyone.

         Had to stay in hotel longer because apartment was empty.

         When I finally spoke to them I advised them an 18 wheeler would not fit into apartment gate.  I asked if there was going to be a problem/extra charge - No response.

- Confirmed again total amount due was $829.00.

Loading and Unloading

         When they arrived they demanded money right away plus an additional fee of $350 for the long haul from the gate.

         They moved furniture to middle of apartment parking lot and hired some random passerby to bring everything from parking lot to my apartment.  They kept the money and paid the random neighbor $30 to do the work.

         They actually brought broken furniture pieces all the way to the apartment and when I told them to take it away they refused.

         A lot of shouting occurred they finally took my wardrobe that was in 20 pieces away after they made my friend load it into HIS truck.

Disassembly and Reassembly of larger furniture

         No Disassembly was needed everything was in storage, packed and shrink-wrapped.  They few boxes that were sealed up by movers were damaged and items had clearly fallen out and been put back inside. Items were dirty and had leaves and grass in them.

Beckens Moving

         All items looked like they were stored outside in bad weather.  Everything had a film of dirt on it like it sat out in the rain.

         All furniture pieces look like they were rolled down a hill.

         Furniture is unusable and looks terrible.

         I could have bought new furniture and saved myself the stress of listening to them talk s**t about me all day in Russian and denying all fault.

         They said they were subcontractors hired by Serenity Movers or enterprise van lines OR experienced movers.  Beckens Moving was never mentioned.

         Nothing was assembled it was thrown in a pile for me to deal with. Now I have to pay to get someone to take the damaged furniture hauled away and buy new furniture which I cannot afford.  If I had money I wouldnt have had to come back to Texas in the first place.

         Protected??? Thats funny. Nothing was protected.

DAMAGES

         #96 Wardrobe (2 Door, Hanging closet, drawers, jewelry and accessory sorter). Completely destroyed.

         Box #16 Crushed Damaged Red Retro TV, Cracked and broken pieces, TV wont turn on.

         Artwork water damage

         Box # 35 Crushed and looks like a truck ran over it.  Bent and damaged household items (candle holder, pic frames, etc.)

         Couch has burn marks, is extremely dirty, has scratches, many scrapes, the frame is bent and looks like it is coming apart. Oh and an entire leg of the couch has been ripped off and nailed back down.

         Red Chaise Lounge Suede is damp cushion is lumpy, there is a huge cut in the chair in on the front of the chair, back of chair is scraped up and dented, frame is coming apart from chair, lets are wobbly and bent and now the red chair is pink-ish and has water marks all over it (especially on right side).

         Bed frame is has huge dents in wood and scuff marks.

         Mattress has huge dirt marks - it also appears to have water damage.

         Now I am in an apartment with no money left with a bunch of dirty moving bins with nowhere to sit and no place to put my things.
