I was looking to finance a new tow truck . Justin from Benchmark Financial Groups had call me on nurmous accounts so i call them. They got the amount of the truck and approved us on a lease, Justin sent a lease agrement to us with payment secudle , deposit amount ect. I asked what the intrest amount was, he said @ 7.5%and he gave a formula to figue it out. we signed the agreement and sent the deposit for 1st and last payment. justin then called Idaho Wrecker sales and told Steve Dalphine(sales man) that it was a done deal so he called me for a deposit to hold truck. Then we got a call from justin that there was a problem and he needed more info(taxes bank statements ect. he said they couldn,t finance us in house and would to have to look elseware.They have finally came back with a lease of partical amount of original, when they sent the papers we cheched the rate it was 26.3% I told them no' that we agreeded to 7.5% (when we checked we found out it was a inacurate formula he gave me it was auctully 12%). they said the deposit was non-refundable. I have called and got no return calls from the company president (Daven) and they still have not refunded our money. Don't trust them check them out on the Better Business Burea i wish i would have before this happend.
