Benchmark Financial Groups, LLC Bait & Switch is alive and profitable for this Rip Off company Aliso Viejo, California

I applied for a lease quote and submitted all documents. Craig Loveless the sales agent was pleasant and quick to respond with an offer that was quite acceptable.  I submitted my signed Documents and a first check with the Documentation fee. After Benchmark cashed my check they said that they had made a mistake on the paperwork and that they had a slightly different offer for me. That slightly different offer was almost $5000.00 more than the original.  I refused to accept and asked that my check be refunded.  Surprise..they said I didn't complete and the deposit was forfieted.  I have tried to reason with Jason Bernal, their financial officer, but he really thinks this is funny and he know has $512. bonus
